From asset submission to paying investors
The sponsor portal is where an issuer proves who the organisation is, puts assets in front of the listings team, answers what the team asks, and, once live, services the deal: watch the raise, propose distributions with attested figures, and report on the asset. An issuer never moves money directly; every number is reviewed on the console side.
Seeded with one submission in screening, one accepted, and one converted (BA-ACT live on platform).
Screens, runs diligence, takes your deal to committee.
Accepts your distribution proposals into governed runs.
Prove the organisation (KYB)
Verification is document-and-principal deep: legal identity, ownership, banking. Compliance decides under maker/checker.
- 1
Log in and open Organisation.
http://issuers.blackant.tech/organisationExpect · Legal identity rows, legal entities, banking references, and the scoped team with roles (owner / admin / member).
- 2
Open the verification workspace.
/organisation/verificationExpect · The case checklist: entity details, principals (directors/UBOs), documents, banking. Uploads are content-addressed, hash shown.
- 3
Upload the requested documents and submit for review.
/organisation/verificationExpect · The case moves to under review on the compliance KYB desk; anything missing comes back as an “action required” with a reason.
- 4
Invite a colleague under Organisation → team.
/organisationExpect · A one-time invite code is issued; they redeem it at /access/invite and arrive with the role you scoped.
Submit an asset
- 5
Start a submission from “Submit an asset”.
http://issuers.blackant.tech/submitExpect · A draft wizard: the asset, the place, the raise you seek, documents you have ready.
- 6
Complete the draft steps and submit.
/submit/[draftId]Expect · The submission appears on your dashboard with a SUB-reference and a stage rail starting at RECEIVED.
- 7
Track it on the dashboard as the team works.
http://issuers.blackant.tech/Expect · The rail advances: received → screening → diligence → committee → accepted. Business-day SLAs govern each stage.
Answer the listings team
When the team needs something, the submission keeps the request and your answer together on the record.
- 8
Open a submission flagged “action needed”.
http://issuers.blackant.tech/[reference]Expect · The open request with its message, your response box, and attachment upload.
- 9
Respond with the information and any evidence files.
/[reference]Expect · The submission returns to the stage it left; the request keeps your response attached.
- 10
Check Tasks for everything open across submissions.
http://issuers.blackant.tech/tasksExpect · Open tasks with priorities, plus the full request history with responses.
- 11
If plans change, withdraw the submission from its record page.
/[reference]Expect · Withdrawal is final. The record stays, marked withdrawn by you.
Run the live deal
Conversion creates the offering on the console side; you get the deal workspace.
- 12
Open Live deals, then a deal’s servicing workspace.
http://issuers.blackant.tech/deals/BA-ACTExpect · The raise funnel (derived from subscription states; interest shows as “not tracked”), the masked investor register, and your distribution proposals.
- 13
Propose a distribution: revenue, fees, reserves, withholding, dates — and attest.
/deals/[ticker]Expect · A preview shows the per-line carve-outs before you submit. Submission opens a finance task; your attested figures and evidence labels are frozen.
- 14
Watch finance accept it into a run.
/deals/[ticker]Expect · Acceptance creates the linked distribution run at your attested net; calculation, signatures and execution all happen on the console under its own controls.
- 15
Report on the asset each period.
/deals/[ticker]Expect · Reporting periods, manager updates and material events flow to investors after the operations desk reviews and publishes.
